Purex International Ltd. has has acquired the fume extraction and filtration business of PAT Technology Systems Inc. of Montreal, Canada.

This is an extremely exciting opportunity for Purex to enter into a new market space and at the same time provide greater presence and support for our existing customers. The philosophies and cultures of the two businesses are so similar that I expect great synergies from this acquisition - Paul Priestley, Managing Director of Purex.
